Senior Director, Clinical Pharmacology and DMPK

Meet has partnered with a stealth-mode biotech that is looking for a Senior Director of Clinical Pharmacology to join their team. They have an NDA-ready program that this candidate will be supporting.
Key Responsibilities
- You will effectively lead and manage the Clinical Pharmacology group, supporting multiple programs across neurology and cardiovascular disease
- You will collaborate with Pharmaceutics to optimize formulations for us in IV, SC, and PO dosing
- You will analyze PK and PD date to establish quantitative relationships using various modeling approaches
- You will liaise with external modeling and simulation scientists at CRO's to conduct specialized analyses.
Key Qualifications
- PhD required
- Minimum 10 years of Clin Pharm/DMPK experience required
- NDA submission experience required, extensive small molecule development experience preferred
- Small biotech experience highly preferred
